The balance of payment is due upon arrival, to be paid by cash, travellers cheque, money order or certified cheque. Monthly rentals are payable at the beginning of each month. Credit cards are not accepted. Deposits on stays of two weeks to one month (30 day) or longer is Non Refundable. Deposits on shorter stays are refundable with cancellation prior to 14 days from the date of arrival, less a $30 processing fee. All suites are non-smoking, smoking allowed outside only. Children are welcome in the ground and garden level apartments. Small pet will be considered only in Le Magasin or the Country Store. Guest telephones are available in each suite. Free unlimited local calls. Long distance outgoing calls on calling cards only. Both off-street and street parking is available. Guests are required to comply with local bylaws concerning behaviour, parking and noise.
