The balance of payment is due upon arrival, to be paid by cash, travellers cheque, money order, business or personal Canadian cheques. Monthly rentals are payable at the beginning of each month. Credit cards are not accepted. Deposits on one month (30 day) or longer stays are Non Refundable. All suites are non-smoking, smoking allowed outside only. Children are welcome in the ground and garden level apartments. Small pet will be considered only in the Country Store. Guest telephones are available in each suite. Free unlimited local calls. Long distance outgoing calls on calling cards only. Both off-street and street parking is available. Guests are required to comply with local bylaws concerning behaviour, parking and noise.
